Chewing/Damage: Products damaged by dogs (e.g., chewing) are not covered, but we may be able to repair them for a modest fee or provide a replacement part.

These collars are guaranteed against crystal loss. If you lose crystals, contact us to send the item back and we will re-crystal it free of charge. Return shipping is your responsibility, or pickup can be arranged at a show booth.
