Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to locations within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes! You can pick up your order at one of our two locations:

Seven Acres: 10551 N 800 W, Fairland, IN 46126

Bark Tutor: 2122 Broad Ripple Ave, Indianapolis, IN 46126

Please select the pickup option at checkout, and we’ll notify you when your order is ready.

Do you offer delivery?

Yes, we offer local delivery throughout Indianapolis, Carmel, Zionsville, and the surrounding areas. You can choose this option during checkout if you’re within the delivery zone.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact. To initiate a return, contact us at info@thedogshoppe.co. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it as long as it has not yet shipped. Once your order has been processed and shipped, cancellations are not possible.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect order?

If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please email us at info@thedogshoppe.co within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping times are 3–7 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
