The NOU is a play object unlike anything else on the shelf. Pronounced like the "noo" in noodles, it's a long, flexible rope-like toy that you and your dog shape together — tie it into a pretzel, a boating knot, a tossing ball, or a tug rope depending on what your dog is in the mood for. The crinkly knit version adds clusters of crinkle paper along the NOU for dogs who love the sound and texture of a water bottle, wrapped in a softer nylon-infused knit that's gentle on gums and teeth. Treats can be hidden in the knots and rewarded when your dog works them loose, making it an effective enrichment tool as well as a toy. The more complicated the knot, the longer the engagement. You can always level up with two or three NOUs at once.

Safety Notice: Always supervise your dog during play, especially when introducing a new toy for the first time. No toy is completely indestructible. Remove and replace if the toy becomes damaged.

I've spent over 20 years working with dogs, and I'm selective about the toys I put in front of my clients. Lambwolf earns a spot on that list. The materials hold up to real play, the designs engage natural instincts like foraging and burrowing, and you can tell these were made by people who actually thought about how dogs interact with objects. They're fun, functional, and built to last. ~Bradley
